Description
This was better known to the group Saxtet as 'Figaro'. A great show piece for the street or concert hall.
Edition Notes
The alto has the operatic role here and largely overshadows the soprano for once. This arrangement includes the fast and furious orchestral tuttis whilst the 'alto ego' emerges with lyrical and theatrical bravura.
