Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging costs are based on the total weight and the delivery address of your order. (Minimum charges apply to all zones.)
Delivery
We aim to despatch goods within three working days after receipt of the order. You will be notified by email if there is a delay sending your order. UK orders are sent by first class post; overseas orders are sent by Airmail.
Out of Stock Items
If you order an item which is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the delay with the option of a refund for that item.
Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and Eurocard payment methods through our secure third-party WorldPay payment processing system.
